OBJECTIVES

Promote EV charging during peak periods of wind power generation.

Smart EV charging aimed at preventing constraints on the distribution grid.

Test of a V2G service.

Further development needed before roll out

“Prosumer” EV user: hourly sending of simple day-ahead of two-days-ahead signals towards charging points operators and users to promote EV recharging in times of peak wind power generation; sending of signals to charging points operators and users to help them factor in grid constraints into their charging programs.

Use of EV flexibilities (V2G) to lift grid constraints.

Checking the quality of generation forecasting: comparative quality testing of Enedis’ own generation forecasts with those of generation plant operators; contribution to enhancement of forecasting models through SYPEL; promotion of the DispoRéseau software as an single interface between generation units and Enedis in order to integrate generation forecasts.
